VIDEOGRAPHY

Film is something I have always had a passion for, like photography. I think telling a story by capturing something unplanned, untold as we see it through our own eyes.

I have been recording the world around me and in me, through many artistic projects over the past 20 years.

I have filmed music videos, interviews, content for reels, education, documenting people and places, including my dad surfing, and using natural light to do it, or on occasion a car headlight in the dark.

Through art direction, story-boarding, script writing, editing, colouring, formatting and scoring, I oversee every detail from its inception.  I also tend to write the environment into my shoots as much as possible, as a main character, and use shadow and light, people and their myriad form to engage the viewers, and tell something meaningful.
