Rewilding Retreats™ are created for anyone looking to disappear from the daily grind of fight or flight, and reset their nervous system in nature, with the assistance of somatic therapies.
With three-combinations offered, each retreat is a weekend escape in the seclusion of the wild Far North, and include customised packages for couples, small friend-groups of up to 6 people, or the day experience, that promises a total reconnect, with your basic instincts through simple hunting & gathering techniques, with the afternoons reserved for somatic therapeutic sessions and dinner around the fire, under the stars.
